Who is responsible

Niels Buijs (the Netherlands) is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions go to niels.buis@hotmail.com or Instagram at @nielsbuijs.fr.

What we collect

If you use the booking form, the email, phone number, and note are sent to niels.buis@hotmail.com so we can reply about shows, press, or other requests. The form is delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a mail relay.

We do not run advertising cookies or analytics on this site. Third-party pages you open from here (Spotify, ticket shops, Instagram, TikTok) have their own policies.

The Music section embeds Spotify players. Those iframes load Spotify cookies and trackers under Spotify's own policy.

Why we use it

Booking enquiries sent to niels.buis@hotmail.com are processed because you ask us to reply (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

If an enquiry actually reaches us, we keep it only as long as needed to handle the request, then delete it unless we still need it for an ongoing booking.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing that is based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. The booking form is sent through FormSubmit so it can be delivered to niels.buis@hotmail.com. A booking request may also be shared with a manager, booking agent, or venue only when that is needed to answer you.
